Free for you, and clear about who pays us
You should know how we earn our money before you trust our suggestions. Here it is, plainly.
What it costs you
Nothing. You do not pay us for the first call, for the clinic answers we collect, or for the coordination during your treatment. You pay the clinic for your treatment, as you would if you contacted it yourself.
Who pays us
We work with partner clinics. If you go ahead with treatment at a partner clinic, that clinic pays us a fee. If you decide not to go ahead, or you choose a clinic on your own, nobody pays us anything for your case.
The rules we hold ourselves to
- Clinics cannot pay to be recommended. A clinic's fee arrangement with us never decides whether we suggest it to you.
- Clinics cannot pay to be ranked. There is no paid placement, no sponsored order and no premium listing.
- We tell you which clinics are partners. When we suggest clinics, we say which of them pay us a fee if you go ahead.
- We start from what you can do. We only suggest clinics that can legally treat you, based on your age and your situation.
- You decide. You meet the doctors you want to meet and choose for yourself. We never push a clinic.
- Your answers stay with us until you say so. We share your information with a clinic only when you tell us to.
What we do not do
We are not a clinic, and we do not give medical advice. The doctors at the clinic make every medical decision with you. We take care of the questions, the paperwork and the planning around the treatment.
